This policy applies to the dliilh mobile app, the dliilh website, and related services, including Services, Events, and the Local Market. By using dliilh, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, phone number, account details, support messages, service listings, event listings, Market listings or items, reviews, ratings, comments, reports, images, and other content you submit through the app.

For the Market, we may collect and store listing data such as the item title, item description, item images, price, city or location text if provided, seller or user ID, public contact methods chosen by the user, and listing status such as pending, published, hidden, or sold.

We may collect information about your activity in the app, such as saved favourites, likes, follows, ratings, city selections, and similar interactions that help the app provide its features.

We may collect account data such as your name, phone number, and authentication information, including using your phone number for login or account verification.

We may collect technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, language, crash logs, diagnostics, security signals, and Firebase-related identifiers used for authentication, analytics, security, and app performance.

The app may request access to location, camera, photos, or notifications. These permissions are used only for related features, such as suggesting city-based content, uploading service, event, or Market listing images, or receiving updates. You can manage these permissions from your device settings.

3. Public Content

Some content you submit may be visible to other users after review or publication. This may include service details, event details, Market listings or items, reviews, ratings, comments, images, and other information you choose to add.

Market listings are user-generated content. Listing images and details may be publicly visible after approval or publication, and contact information you choose to provide may be visible to app users.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you publish, and dliilh may hide or remove listings that violate rules or are reported.

Please do not submit personal or sensitive information that you do not want to be public.

4. How We Use Data

• To create, verify, and secure user accounts.
• To operate the app and provide its core features.
• To show Services, Events, and Market listings by city, category, and user preferences.
• To publish, review, moderate, hide, or remove user-submitted content.
• To use Market listing data for moderation, safety, support, analytics, and improving the app.
• To sync favourites and user activity across devices.
• To prevent spam, abuse, fake reviews, fraud, and unauthorized access.
• To improve performance, fix bugs, and understand general usage.
• To respond to support, privacy, and account deletion requests.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data only when needed to operate the service, comply with the law, protect users, prevent abuse, or work with technical service providers.

We may use services such as Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Analytics, Crashlytics, and App Check where applicable. These services may process limited technical data needed for login, database storage, file uploads, analytics, diagnostics, and security.

6. Analytics and Crash Reports

We may use analytics and crash reporting tools to understand general app usage, improve features, detect errors, and fix issues. This data is generally technical or aggregated and is used to improve dliilh.

9. Account Deletion and Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. You may also request deletion of your account and associated personal data from inside the app, if available, or by contacting us at support@dliilh.app.

When an account is deleted, we delete or anonymize associated personal data where reasonably possible, unless we need to keep limited information for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or protecting the service.

10. Children's Privacy

dliilh is not intended for children under 15 years old. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 15 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

11. Saudi Data Protection

dliilh is based for users in Saudi Arabia. We aim to handle personal data in line with applicable privacy and data protection requirements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where they apply.
